Shipping Policy
Free Shipping applies to orders with a minimum pre-tax amount of $175.00 and over. Please note, during the Canada Post Strike, We will be using Either Purolator or UPS to ship your purchases. We charge $21.00 for orders up to $99.99 and $25.00 for orders between $100 to $174.99 Please note that all order totals indicated are before tax totals and after any discounts. It is your responsibility to track your package with the Tracking Number that will be provided to you after your purchase is finalized by email and to provide the correct address and email address. If a package is returned to us, a store credit will be issued to your account with the original shipping cost deducted.
Return/Exchange Policy
We value your satisfaction with our products. We understand that sometimes exchanges may be necessary. To ensure a seamless and fair exchange process, we have established the following exchange policy We offer exchange or returned items for in-store credit only. No Refunds. You must call the store to initiate the return/exchange process within 14 days of receiving your order. For in-store pick ups, you have 14 days including the date of purchase to exchange your item or return item for in store credit. All Items being returned must be unwashed, unworn and with all Original Hang Tags attached (No Exceptions) and in original packaging and accompanied by receipt. Shoes that have been worn will not be accepted. All items will be subject to inspection before exchange or in-store credit is issued. Any items that are soiled by deodorant, make up etc…will not be accepted for exchange or returned for in-store credit. Shipping the return/exchanged item is the customers responsibility. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Please send your products back via Courier of your choice with a tracking number so you are reimbursed by them if they get lost. All Sales/Clearance Items are considered final sale including custom orders (meaning any items that were special ordered in for a particular size, colour or style not usually carried or embroidered) Compression Socks and Surgical Caps or Head bands are considered final sale due to Hygiene reasons. Please notify us immediately of any manufacturer's defects.
